Ingredients

Oreo Crust Layer:

  • 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz (1 block) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold

Strawberry Layer:

  • 1½ cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Oreo Crumble: Crush the Oreos in a food processor or ziplock bag, then mix with melted butter until well-coated. Set aside.
  • Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until combined. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Prep the Strawberries: Dice fresh strawberries and sprinkle with sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes to release juices.
  • Layer the Cup: In serving cups, start with a layer of Oreo crumbs, followed by a dollop of cheesecake filling, and then a layer of diced strawberries. Repeat layers, finishing with Oreo crumbs and strawberries.
  • Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set before serving.

Notes

  • For extra indulgence, drizzle with chocolate syrup or add chopped nuts for crunch.
  • You can swap strawberries for mixed berries, or try using graham crackers for the crust.
  • Make ahead for a stress-free dessert, storing in the fridge for up to 3 days.
