Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Shake is a creamy, high-protein smoothie that tastes like dessert but fuels your day. Made with strawberries, protein powder, and cottage cheese or Greek yogurt, it’s a deliciously healthy way to satisfy your cheesecake cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 oz cream cheese (optional, for richer flavor)
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)
  • Optional toppings: crushed graham crackers, fresh strawberries, drizzle of honey

Instructions

  1. Add frozen strawberries, protein powder, cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt), milk, cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and ice cubes (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness — add milk to thin or ice to thicken.
  4. Pour into a glass and top with crushed graham crackers or fresh strawberries.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use frozen strawberries for a thick, milkshake-like texture.
  • Sub Greek yogurt for cottage cheese for a tangier flavor.
  • Skip cream cheese for a lighter version.
  • Add oats, chia seeds, or nut butter for extra nutrition.
  • Best enjoyed fresh — separation may occur if stored.
