Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles (ramen, udon, rice noodles, or spaghetti)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp sriracha or chili paste
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Noodles – Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Sauce – In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, honey, and red pepper flakes.
