Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
6 tbsp melted butter
24 milk chocolate squares or 1 cup chocolate chips
48–72 mini marshmallows (2–3 per bite)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined and crumbly.
Divide the mixture evenly among 24 mini muffin cups and press firmly to form a crust.
Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from oven.
Immediately place a chocolate square or spoonful of chips into each crust, then top with 2–3 mini marshmallows.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 2–4 minutes, until marshmallows puff and lightly brown.
Cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes before removing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Use mini cupcake liners for easier removal and less mess.
Customize with peanut butter, caramel drizzle, or dark chocolate for variations.
Microwave for 10–15 seconds to reheat and soften before serving.
Can be made gluten-free with gluten-free graham crackers.
