Small Toast Pizza is a quick and easy version of pizza made on slices of bread. It’s perfect for snacks, lunch, or a simple dinner, with all the classic pizza flavors and endless topping possibilities.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread (white, whole wheat, sourdough, or your favorite)
  • ½ cup tomato sauce or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of choice (pepperoni, sliced olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, etc.)
  • Optional: 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or set toaster oven to bake mode.
  2. Place bread slices on a baking tray.
  3. Spread a spoonful of tomato sauce over each slice of bread.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add your desired toppings.
  6. Sprinkle with oregano or Italian seasoning if using.
  7. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and toast edges are golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
