Sheet Pan Pierogies and Kielbasa is a hearty one-pan meal with golden roasted pierogies, smoky sausage, and tender vegetables. Roasting everything together creates rich caramelized flavor for an easy and satisfying weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • Frozen pierogies
  • Kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Onion, sliced
  • Bell pepper, sliced
  • Garlic, minced
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Dried thyme or Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Sour cream (optional for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, onion, and bell pepper.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Add minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme or Italian seasoning.
  6. Toss everything until evenly coated with the seasoning.
  7. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared sheet pan in a single layer.
  8. Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the pierogies are golden and the kielbasa is slightly crisp.
  9. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
  10. Serve warm with sour cream on the side.
