Ingredients

  • 1 can sardines (in oil or water), drained
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp celery, diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional Add-ins: Capers, mayonnaise, or Greek yogurt for creaminess

Instructions
