Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 ½ cups water (or sparkling water for a fizzy twist)
  • 12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse raspberries thoroughly and drain.
  2. Blend raspberries, fresh lime juice, and water until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds.
