Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked chicken, sliced
  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce (or low-sodium soy sauce)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, etc.)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cook the Noodles:

  • Cook lo mein noodles according to the package instructions.
  • Drain and set aside.
