Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée (canned or homemade, not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves blend)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, as needed)

Instructions

  1. Add pumpkin purée, frozen banana, and almond milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add yogurt, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract.
