- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place each flattened biscuit into a muffin tin cup, pressing down gently to form a small crust at the bottom.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce into each biscuit base.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add your favorite pizza toppings (such as diced pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, or any other toppings you prefer).
- Sprinkle a pinch of oregano and garlic powder over each muffin for extra flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- If desired, sprinkle with some grated Parmesan cheese once out of the oven for an extra touch of flavor.
- Let the pizza muffins cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm and enjoy!
