Pineapple Cucumber Juice is a vibrant, refreshing drink that combines the tropical sweetness of pineapple with the crisp, hydrating flavor of cucumber. This juice is light, slightly tangy, and perfect for quenching your thirst on a hot day, while providing a healthy, nutrient-packed beverage.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice (optional, for added tang)
2 cups cold water
12 teaspoons honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the pineapple chunks, chopped cucumber, lime juice (if using), and cold water into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined. If the juice is too thick, add more water to achieve your desired consistency.
  3. Taste the juice and, if desired, add honey or sweetener of your choice to enhance the sweetness. Blend again.
  4. If you prefer a colder, more refreshing drink, serve the juice over ice cubes.
  5. Optionally, strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp or large pieces, or enjoy it as is for a more fiber-filled drink.
