Pineapple and Cucumber Juice is a refreshing, hydrating drink that blends the tropical sweetness of pineapple with the crisp, cooling flavor of cucumber. Light and naturally sweet, it’s a perfect beverage for warm days or a healthy morning refreshment.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the pineapple into small chunks.
  2. Peel and slice the cucumber.
  3. Add the pineapple, cucumber, lime juice, and cold water or coconut water to a blender.
  4. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth.
  5. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
  6. For a smoother texture, strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve.
  7. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
  8. Pour the juice over the ice.
  9. Stir gently if needed.
  10. Serve immediately for the best flavor.

Notes

  • Add fresh mint leaves for a cooling herbal flavor.
  • Blend in a small piece of fresh ginger for a spicy kick.
  • Use coconut water instead of regular water for a more tropical taste.
