Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are a quick and easy snack packed with cheesy, pepperoni-filled goodness. Made with buttery biscuit dough, these bite-sized treats are baked to golden perfection. Perfect for game nights, parties, or a simple meal, they’re customizable with your favorite toppings and pair perfectly with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
  • Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly.
  • Add mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni slices to the center of each biscuit.
  • Fold the dough over the filling, pinching to seal, forming a ball.
  • Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with the butter mixture.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
