Peach Brie Flatbread is a sweet and savory dish featuring juicy peaches, creamy brie, and crisp flatbread, finished with honey or balsamic glaze and fresh herbs. Perfect for entertaining or a quick gourmet bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 6 oz brie cheese, sliced or torn into pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 12 tbsp honey or balsamic glaze
  • Fresh thyme or basil leaves (optional)
  • 2 slices prosciutto, torn (optional)
  • 1/2 cup arugula (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place flatbreads on top.
  2. Brush each flatbread with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Evenly distribute brie slices across each flatbread, followed by the peach slices.
  4. Add torn prosciutto pieces if using.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and flatbread is golden and crisp.
  6. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze.
  7. Top with fresh thyme, basil, or arugula if desired. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm peaches for best texture and flavor.
  • The brie rind is edible and softens when baked—no need to remove.
  • For extra crunch, sprinkle with toasted walnuts or pecans after baking.
  • Make it vegetarian by omitting prosciutto.
