Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp (fresh or canned)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 12 tablespoons simple syrup, honey, or agave (to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional garnish: mint leaves, lime slices, passion fruit seeds

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher or shaker, combine passion fruit pulp, citrus juice, and sweetener.
  2. Stir or shake until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
  3. Add cold water or sparkling water and mix gently.
