Passion Fruit Lush Pie is a tropical no-bake dessert with a buttery graham cracker crust, tangy passion fruit cream filling, and a light whipped topping—perfect for warm-weather gatherings or a refreshing treat anytime.

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  2. 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  3. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  4. 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  5. 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  6. 1 cup passion fruit pulp (fresh or frozen, strained if desired)
  7. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  8. 8 oz whipped topping or homemade whipped cream
  9. Optional: extra passion fruit pulp or seeds for garnish

Instructions

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.

  1. Press mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk, passion fruit pulp, and lemon juice; mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  5. Spread whipped topping evenly over the filling.
  6. Chill pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Garnish with extra passion fruit pulp or seeds before serving, if desired.

Notes

  1. Frozen passion fruit pulp is a great substitute if fresh isn’t available.
  2. For a firmer crust, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes, then cool before adding filling.
  3. Add shredded coconut to the crust for extra tropical flavor.
  4. Ensure whipped cream is stabilized if making ahead to maintain texture.
