Oven Baked Cheese Chips are crispy, low-carb snacks made with just cheese and optional seasonings. These quick and easy chips are perfect for dipping, topping, or enjoying on their own for a savory, keto-friendly treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, parmesan, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  • Optional seasonings: garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Place 1-tablespoon mounds of shredded cheese onto the sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
  3. Flatten each mound slightly with your fingers or the back of a spoon.
  4. Sprinkle with desired seasonings.
  5. Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
  7. Peel off the parchment and enjoy.
