Orange Crush Sherbet is a creamy, no-churn frozen dessert bursting with bright citrus flavor. Made with Orange Crush soda, sweetened condensed milk, and whipped cream, this easy sherbet recipe requires no ice cream maker! Perfect for warm days, parties, or a nostalgic treat, this sherbet is smooth, refreshing, and packed with sweet orange goodness.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Orange Crush soda (or any orange soda)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon orange gelatin (optional, for enhanced color & flavor)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Orange Crush soda, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the soda mixture until smooth and fully incorporated.
  • (Optional) Dissolve orange gelatin in a small amount of hot water, then mix it into the sherbet base.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until firm.
  • Let sit for a few minutes before scooping and serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, whip the cream well before folding.
  • To avoid ice crystals, place plastic wrap directly on top of the sherbet before sealing the container.
  • Serving idea: Scoop into a glass of Orange Crush soda for a sherbet float!
