Oil-Free French Dressing is a tangy, slightly sweet, and creamy salad dressing made without oil. Perfect for salads, grain bowls, or as a dip, it delivers classic flavor in a lighter, healthier way.

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup tomato paste (or ketchup)
  2. 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
  3. 1/4 cup water (plus more to thin, if needed)
  4. 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  5. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  6. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  8. 1 teaspoon paprika
  9. Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

In a bowl or jar, whisk together tomato paste, vinegar, water, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
