No Oil Balsamic Tahini Dressing is a creamy, tangy, and wholesome dressing made with tahini, balsamic vinegar, and simple seasonings. It’s oil-free, plant-based, and perfect for salads, bowls, roasted veggies, and meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 12 tbsp maple syrup or date syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water (more as needed to thin)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

In a small bowl or jar, whisk together tahini, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

  1. Slowly add water, 1 tbsp at a time, whisking until smooth, creamy, and pourable.
  2. Taste and adjust: add more balsamic for tang, more syrup for sweetness, or salt for depth. A splash of lemon juice can brighten the flavor.
  3. Let rest 10–15 minutes before serving. Stir before each use.

  1. Use date paste instead of maple syrup for a whole-food option.
  2. Add fresh herbs like parsley or basil for extra freshness.
  3. Include smoked paprika or cumin for earthy depth.
  4. Make it spicy with red pepper flakes or sriracha.
