Ingredients
1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 ripe avocado
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp chopped red onion
1 tbsp chopped parsley or dill (optional)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mash the avocado until mostly smooth.
Add the Greek yogurt and lemon juice, mixing until well combined.
Stir in the drained tuna, chopped celery, red onion, and Dijon mustard if using.
Mix until the tuna is evenly coated and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Notes
Add a squeeze of extra lemon juice on top before storing to prevent browning.
