No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bites are creamy, indulgent bite-sized treats that combine crushed Oreos with smooth cheesecake filling. Easy to make and perfect for any occasion, these no-bake desserts require just a few ingredients and no oven time.

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping or whipped heavy cream
  • Optional: 1 cup white or dark chocolate, melted (for coating)
  • Optional: extra crushed Oreos for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by sealing them in a bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in whipped topping or whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  5. Stir in most of the crushed Oreos, reserving some for topping if desired.
  6. Use a spoon or small cookie scoop to form the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch balls.
  7. Place the bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  8. Optional: Dip the chilled bites in melted white or dark chocolate and sprinkle with remaining Oreo crumbs.
  9. Chill again until chocolate sets. Serve or store as desired.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture.
  • Freeze for longer storage or enjoy as frozen cheesecake bites.
  • Customize with flavored Oreos, mint extract, or peanut butter.
  • Skip the chocolate coating for a simpler, quicker version.
  • Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes if serving from the freezer.
