No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Jars are creamy, individual desserts layered with a buttery graham cracker crust, whipped cheesecake filling, and sweet cherry topping—perfect for parties, gifts, or an easy treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • Optional: 1 tsp lemon zest or 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined.
  2. Divide the mixture among 6–8 small jars or cups and press down gently to form crusts.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and optional lemon zest/juice. Mix until creamy.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  6. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling evenly over the crust layers in the jars.
  7. Top each jar with cherry pie filling.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or overnight, until set.
  9. Serve chilled. Optionally garnish with extra graham crumbs, whipped cream, or fresh cherries.
