4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1/4 cup white miso paste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil

In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
