Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 56 fresh mint leaves
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, as needed)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the spinach or kale, banana, pineapple, and fresh mint to a high-speed blender.
  2. Pour in the almond milk and add yogurt if using.
  3. Squeeze in lime juice for brightness, if desired.
  4. Add chia seeds or flax seeds for extra nutrition.
