Ingredients

  • 6 mini bagels, sliced in half (12 halves total)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni or toppings of choice (mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for brushing bagels)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place bagel halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Brush with olive oil if desired for extra crispiness.
  3. Spread about 2 teaspoons of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings.
  5. Sprinkle with oregano or Italian seasoning if using.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and bagels are lightly crisp.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
