Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30 crackers), crushed
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until coated.
  6. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the casserole.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until hot and bubbly and the topping is golden.
  8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
