Ingredients

  1. 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  2. 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded or cubed
  3. 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  4. 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
  5. 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  6. 2 tbsp butter, melted
  7. Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and mozzarella until well mixed.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  3. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each triangle.
  4. Fold dough around filling, pinching seams to seal, and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley, if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

  1. Rotisserie chicken works great for this recipe.
  2. Add bacon bits or diced jalapeños for extra flavor.
  3. Air fryer option: cook at 350°F for 8–10 minutes.
  4. Seal edges well to prevent filling leaks.
