Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken in a single layer.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
