Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk or almond milk
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the chopped mango, blackberries, and banana to a blender.
