This Keto Chocolate Mousse is a rich, creamy, and sugar-free dessert perfect for a low-carb lifestyle. With intense chocolate flavor and a silky texture, it’s a quick and indulgent treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  2. 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  3. 3 tbsp powdered erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. Pinch of salt
  6. 2 oz sugar-free dark chocolate, melted (optional)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric hand mixer until soft peaks form.

  1. Add the cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form and the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  3. If using melted chocolate, fold it gently into the mousse until well incorporated.
  4. Spoon the mousse into serving cups or bowls.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the texture.
  6. Serve as is, or garnish with whipped cream, cocoa nibs, or fresh berries.
