Keto Chocolate Fat Bombs are rich, creamy, low-carb snacks made with healthy fats like coconut oil and nut butter. Sweetened with keto-friendly sweeteners, they’re the perfect sugar-free chocolate treat to satisfy cravings while staying in ketosis.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil or cocoa butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or macadamia)
  • 23 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener (erythritol, stevia, or monk fruit)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: crushed nuts or unsweetened shredded coconut for topping

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil (or cocoa butter) and nut butter until smooth.
  2. Stir in cocoa powder and sweetener until well combined and smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined mini muffin pan.
  6. Sprinkle optional toppings like crushed nuts or shredded coconut on top.
  7. Place molds in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 30 minutes or until solid.
  8. Once set, remove fat bombs from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
