Juicy Baked Chicken is a quick, healthy, and reliable recipe for tender, flavorful chicken breasts or thighs baked to perfection. It uses simple seasonings and high-heat baking to lock in moisture and create a golden, lightly crisp exterior.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • Optional: lemon juice or fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet or dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub each piece of chicken with olive oil on both sides.
  4. Season evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano.
