Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 2 cups Wheat Chex cereal
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 2 cups cheese crackers (like Cheez-Its)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for added flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, Wheat Chex, pretzels, and cheese crackers.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), and olive oil (if using).
  4. Pour the seasoned butter mixture over the dry mix and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15–20 minutes for even baking.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired and store in an airtight container.
