Ingredients
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, softened (for dough)
2 tablespoons butter, melted (for topping)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine Bisquick, shredded cheddar, milk, and softened butter until a soft dough forms.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
While baking, mix melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley.
Brush warm biscuits with the garlic-herb butter immediately after baking.
Serve warm.
