Iced Coffee Shake is a creamy, refreshing drink that blends bold coffee with smooth ice cream and milk. This chilled beverage combines the richness of a milkshake with the energizing flavor of coffee, perfect for a sweet pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, chilled
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoons sugar or sweetener (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Chocolate syrup or caramel syrup for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew a cup of coffee and allow it to cool completely, or use pre-chilled coffee.
  2. Add the chilled coffee, vanilla ice cream, milk, sugar or sweetener, and ice cubes to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour the iced coffee shake into a tall glass.
  6. Top with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate or caramel syrup if desired.
  7. Serve immediately while cold and creamy.
