High Protein Yogurt Fruit Dip is a creamy, lightly sweetened snack or dessert dip made with Greek yogurt. It’s perfect for pairing with fresh fruit and offers a delicious boost of protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Fresh fruit for dipping (e.g., apple slices, strawberries, grapes, banana, melon)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. If using protein powder, peanut butter, or spices, stir them in thoroughly.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for 10–15 minutes if desired.
  5. Serve with your favorite sliced fruits for dipping.

Notes

  • Use full-fat yogurt for a thicker, creamier dip.
  • Add protein powder to boost protein content and thicken the dip.
  • This dip also works well as a topping for pancakes, waffles, or oatmeal.
  • Stir before serving if stored in the fridge, as separation may occur.
