Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast option featuring soft Hawaiian rolls layered with scrambled eggs, melty cheese, and your choice of bacon, sausage, or ham. Perfect for feeding a crowd at brunch, holidays, or weekend mornings.

Ingredients

  1. 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian rolls
  2. 8 large eggs
  3. 1/4 cup milk
  4. Salt and black pepper, to taste
  5. 12 slices cooked bacon, sausage patties, or ham
  6. 68 slices cheddar or American cheese
  7. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  8. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  9. 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  1. In a skillet, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble gently until just set.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally as a group. Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Layer with half the cheese slices, scrambled eggs, and cooked breakfast meat of choice. Add the remaining cheese slices on top if desired.
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls over the filling.
  5. Mix melted butter with garlic powder (if using) and brush over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds if desired.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5–7 minutes until the tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes

  • Make ahead: Assemble the night before, refrigerate, and bake in the morning.
  • Use a serrated knife for clean slicing.
  • Freeze unbaked sliders for up to 1 month for a quick breakfast option.
  • Customize with your favorite meats, cheeses, or veggies.
  • To avoid soggy sliders, avoid overcooking the eggs and bake uncovered at the end.
