Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and set aside.
  4. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the strawberry salsa by combining the diced strawberries, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, honey, and optional jalapeño in a bowl. Mix well.
