Ingredients

  1. 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    1 tablespoon olive oil
    4 slices crusty bread (ciabatta, sourdough, or baguette)
    1 large tomato, sliced
    4 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
    Fresh basil leaves
    1 tablespoon balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar
    Optional: mayonnaise or pesto spread

Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
