Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach or kale (fresh)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, as needed)

Instructions

  1. Add the spinach or kale, banana, pineapple, avocado, and yogurt to a high-speed blender.
  2. Pour in the almond milk and add the chia seeds or flax seeds.
  3. If desired, add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
