Ingredients
2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
1/2 cup granola
2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional, if using plain yogurt)
Instructions
In a glass or bowl, add a layer of Greek yogurt as the base.
Add a layer of fresh berries on top of the yogurt.
Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
Repeat the layers until the container is full, ending with a few berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
Serve immediately for a crunchy texture or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to slightly soften the granola.
Notes
Use plant-based yogurt to make it vegan.
Sweeten plain yogurt with vanilla extract or syrup if desired.
Store granola separately if making ahead to keep it crunchy.
Frozen fruit can be used—just thaw before assembling.
