A simple and nutritious Greek Yogurt Parfait made with creamy yogurt, fresh berries, and crunchy granola. Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a wholesome snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional, if using plain yogurt)

Instructions

  1. In a glass or bowl, add a layer of Greek yogurt as the base.
  2. Add a layer of fresh berries on top of the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
  4. Repeat the layers until the container is full, ending with a few berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  6. Serve immediately for a crunchy texture or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to slightly soften the granola.

Notes

  • Use plant-based yogurt to make it vegan.
  • Sweeten plain yogurt with vanilla extract or syrup if desired.
  • Store granola separately if making ahead to keep it crunchy.
  • Frozen fruit can be used—just thaw before assembling.
