Ingredients

  1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  2. 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  3. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  5. 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  6. Salt and black pepper, to taste
  7. Optional: 1/4 cup breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  8. Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking.

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil or melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Sear chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
