Ingredients

For the Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs for juiciness)

For the Potatoes:

1.5 lbs baby Yukon Gold or red potatoes, halved

For the Seasonings:

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp smoked paprika

⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
