Ingredients

For the Cheeseburger Bites:

  • 1 box Red Lobster biscuit mix
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 16 oz shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese

For the Big Mac Sauce (Optional):

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar (or pickle juice)
  • 3 tbsp sweet relish
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  2. Shape & Bake:

    • Form 1 ½- to 2-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

    • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Garlic Butter Glaze:

    • Prepare the garlic butter mixture from the biscuit mix and brush it over the warm bites.
  4. Big Mac Sauce (Optional):

    • Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Serve & Enjoy:

    • Serve warm with Big Mac sauce, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
