8 oz (225g) pasta (your choice)

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
