Frozen Yogurt Bark is a refreshing, creamy, and easy-to-make frozen treat that combines yogurt with your favorite fruits, nuts, and toppings. It’s a healthier alternative to ice cream and perfect for a cool snack or dessert on hot days.

Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional)
1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle berries, nuts, chocolate chips, and seeds evenly over the yogurt.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  1. Use flavored yogurts like vanilla or berry for different tastes.
  2. Add shredded coconut or dried fruit for extra texture.
  3. Drizzle with nut butter or melted dark chocolate before freezing.
  4. Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon or matcha powder for added flavor.
