Ingredients

1 egg
1 teaspoon butter or oil

Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick or well-seasoned cast iron skillet over medium heat.

  5. For over-easy, carefully flip the egg and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
