A vibrant, refreshing mix of seasonal fruits tossed in a light honey-lime dressing, perfect as a healthy snack, dessert, or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruit, cutting into bite-sized pieces as needed.
  2. Place the prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice until well combined.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss until evenly coated.
  5. Chill the salad for 15–30 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped mint leaves just before serving, if desired.
